2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
