Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter and cocoa powder until smooth.
Stir in sugar until well combined.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually stir into the cocoa mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread batter evenly into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.
Let cool in pan before cutting into squares.
