1 garlic clove, minced

Directions
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the lemon sauce.
Serve the chicken garnished with fresh parsley.
