2 ripe bananas
1 cup all-purpose flour

1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
In another bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Beat the egg into the milk and melted butter, then stir in the vanilla extract.
