Classic Scrambled Eggs
Scrambled eggs are a staple breakfast dish, beloved for their simplicity and versatility. This recipe will guide you through the steps to make fluffy, moist scrambled eggs, perfect for starting your day.
1/4 cup milk (optional)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Add milk (if using), salt, and pepper. Beat the eggs until the mixture is well combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Wait for a few seconds until the edges start to set.
With a spatula, gently stir the eggs from the edges to the center. Continue this process until the eggs are softly set and slightly runny in places. Remove from the heat; the residual heat will finish cooking the eggs.
Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
