4 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 t
Directions

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden on both sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic, and red pepper flakes, and cook for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits.
Add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, thyme, and oregano. Bring to a simmer and let sauce thicken, about 5 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the breasts. Cook for an additional 3 minutes to reheat the chicken.
Serve chicken with sauce and garnish with fresh basil.
