Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
2 packs ramen noodles
4 green onions, sliced
2 boiled eggs, halved
1 sheet nori, cut into strips
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon miso paste
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 inch ginger
Directions

In a large pot, combine chicken broth, water, soy sauce, miso paste, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer.
Add chicken breasts to the pot and cook until fully cooked through, about 20 minutes. Remove chicken, shred, and set aside.
In the same pot, add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with shredded chicken, green onions, boiled eggs, nori strips, and a drizzle of sesame oil. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
