Chicken Korma Curry
This rich and creamy Chicken Korma Curry is a delightful blend of spices, chicken, and a thick sauce that's perfect for serving with naan or rice. It's a classic dish that is both comforting and flavorful, making it a favorite for any meal.
2 tablespoons oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 inch ginger, grated
2 tablespoons korma paste
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the onion is soft and golden.
Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
Stir in the korma paste and cook for a minute.
Pour in the coconut milk, chicken stock, and add sugar. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove from heat and stir in the yogurt. Season with salt to taste.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with naan or rice.
