1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the apple slices with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the apples.
