Directions
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.
Increase heat to high and add ground beef. Cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned.
Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
